The Four Paralegal Food Groups
Mmmmm, lunch.

My tweet was inspired by Elf of course, and a tweet from Camille Stell, the Director of Client Services at Lawyers Mutual Liability Insurance in North Carolina, saying that she keeps Pop Tarts in her desk for meals or snacks. I’ve been guilty of the same.

Patti Clapper, a North Carolina paralegal and blogger at Patti’s Paralegal Page, helpfully added at Practical Paralegalism’s Facebook page that her specific preferences are “Smores pop tarts, kettle corn (single size serving of course), orange peanut butter crackers, and peanut butter M&Ms (and diet lime Pepsi).”

Patti lost me at diet lime Pepsi.

What are your four paralegal food groups?
