Objection Gone Overboard

I love a good objection to those pesky overly broad discovery requests, don’t you? (Even if we sent ’em 🙂

One of my Twitter buddies, Susana, a legal assistant, law school hopeful, bibliophile and blogger at cursory circulocution, tweeted this fishy objection she recently came across.

I generally use “overbroad” as an objection, but “overboard” works, too, dontcha think?
